Role Overview
We're looking for a Mid-Level Graphic Designer who can independently conceptualize and execute high-quality visual content that captures the essence of a premium, exclusive nightlife brand. The candidate should be a confident, well-rounded designer capable of mentoring juniors and managing end-to-end design projects.
Key Responsibilities

- Conceptualize and design creatives for social media, campaigns, events, menus, signage, and brand collateral
- Maintain and elevate the brand's premium visual identity across all touchpoints
- Take ownership of projects from brief to final execution with minimal supervision
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and videography teams
- Guide and review work of junior designers




- Stay updated on design trends relevant to luxury hospitality and nightlife

Requirements

- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in hospitality, F&B;, nightlife, or lifestyle brands
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) and other relevant design software
- Excellent understanding of branding, typography, layout, and premium visual aesthetics
- Proven ability to work independently and deliver under deadlines
- Disciplined, organized, and detail-oriented with solid ownership of work
