Each piece is conceived as an emotional, immersive experience, reflecting Aluminr's mission of elevating art, architecture, and interiors.Role Description This is a full-time, in office Design Consultant role based in Delhi, India. The Design Consultant will guide clients through the process of selecting bespoke metal doors, murals, lift panels, and complementary furnishings, ensuring each solution aligns with the client's aesthetic, functional needs, and architectural context. Responsibilities include meeting clients in the studio or at project sites, preparing mood boards and design proposals, and coordinating with internal designers and artisans to translate concepts into precise specifications. The role involves managing client presentations, explaining material options and finishes, providing accurate quotations in collaboration with the sales team,



and following up to support successful project closure. The Design Consultant will maintain an organized pipeline of projects, ensure a high standard of customer service throughout the engagement, and collaborate with marketing and design teams to keep current with trends in luxury interiors and architectural metalwork.QualificationsStrong client-facing skills in customer service and consultative sales, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.Experience in interior design, with an understanding of spatial planning, materials, and finishes relevant to architectural metalwork.Knowledge of furniture and furnishings, including how custom pieces integrate with overall interior and architectural concepts.Ability to translate client requirements into clear design briefs and visual presentations (mood boards, sketches, or basic CAD tools).Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or a related design field preferred.Experience working in luxury interiors, high-end residential or hospitality projects is an advantage.Strong communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Hindi or other regional languages is beneficial.Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines on-site with cross-functional teams.
