Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive – 3 PL Logistics & E-commerce Operations to manage end-to-end logistics coordination and e-commerce order fulfillment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with 3 PL partners, shipment tracking, MIS reporting, and e-commerce platforms such as Shopify. This role requires strong analytical abilities, excellent follow-up skills, and the ability to ensure seamless customer order execution.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage daily operations with 3 PL logistics partners to ensure timely order dispatch and delivery.
Handle end-to-end e-commerce order processing across online sales channels, with a preference for experience in Shopify.




Track and monitor shipments to ensure adherence to defined Turnaround Time (TAT) and service levels.
Prepare, maintain, and analyze MIS reports related to dispatches, deliveries, returns, and logistics performance.
Capture, reconcile, and validate platform sales data accurately.
Identify delivery exceptions, investigate issues, and initiate timely escalations with courier partners.
Follow up proactively on pending deliveries, return shipments, and unresolved cases to ensure closure.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve operational challenges efficiently.
Maintain accurate documentation and generate regular reports for management review.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve delivery performance and operational efficiency.
Eligibility Criteria
1–3 years of experience in Logistics Operations, 3 PL Management, or E-commerce Operations.
Strong understanding of order fulfillment and last-mile delivery processes.
Hands-on experience working with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
Good working knowledge of MIS reporting and Microsoft Excel.
Ability to monitor, analyze, and improve delivery TAT and operational metrics.
Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory.
