The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical understanding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to interpret medical records and patient information accurately.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and interpret lab reports, clinical documents, and medical recordsMaintain high-quality clinical notes as per physician preferences and documentation standardsPerform clinical data abstraction, validation, and interpretation from multiple healthcare systemsIdentify drug interactions, abnormal findings, and adverse effects to support optimal patient careCoordinate with patients regarding health concerns, appointments, and follow-upsCollaborate with Practice Managers and healthcare teams for smooth workflow managementEnsure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with HIPAA, GDPR,



and healthcare regulationsSupport clinical operations through accurate documentation and reportingMaintain process transparency and proper documentation methodologiesRequirementsRegistered Nurse (RN) / B.
