Responsibilities

- Lead and manage fire fighting system design activities for multiple projects.
- Prepare, review, and approve fire fighting drawings, hydraulic calculations, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with NBC, NFPA, IS codes, and other relevant fire safety standards.
- Design fire protection systems including sprinkler systems, hydrant systems, fire alarm systems, and suppression systems.
- Coordinate with MEP, architectural, and structural teams for design integration.
- Develop and monitor project schedules and design deliverables.
- Conduct technical reviews and resolve design-related challenges.
- Maintain accuracy, quality, and documentation of all fire fighting design outputs.
- Handle client coordination, meetings, and approvals.
- Support procurement through technical evaluation and vendor coordination.
- Ensure adherence to safety, statutory, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
Strong knowledge of fire protection engineering, including fire detection, suppression, hydrant, and sprinkler system design, along with relevant national and international codes and standards (e.g., NBC, NFPA, local fire authority regulations).
Proficiency in design and drafting tools such as Auto CAD,



Revit (or other BIM tools), and related engineering software used for hydraulic calculations and system layouts.
Experience in project coordination and management, including planning, scheduling, interfacing with multidisciplinary teams, and managing documentation and approvals.
Ability to conduct technical reviews, perform design checks, carry out risk assessments, and ensure quality control and compliance across all fire safety deliverables.
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering, Fire & Safety Engineering, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
Previous experience (typically 5+ years) in fire fighting system design, with at least some experience in a lead or managerial design role.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to clearly present design concepts and decisions to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Must have experience in working with GC(General Contractor)
Must be comfortable to work in 6 working days condition
Must have 6 to 8 years of experience in fire fighting design
