Job Title: Product Development Analyst

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced New Product Development to lead and coordinate product development projects for domestic and commercial product portfolios. The role involves managing end-to-end product development, preparing technical specifications for compressors and electrical components, cost optimization, and ensuring delivery of high-quality products aligned with market needs and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities

- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders while ensuring technical feasibility.
- Manage complete project lifecycle to ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, budget, and required quality standards.
- Develop detailed project plans and monitor project progress, timelines, costs, and risks using appropriate project management tools and methodologies.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external customers to ensure project alignment and timely execution.
- Review and approve technical documentation, certifications, and risk assessment documents for recent product developments.




- Ensure product requirements related to performance, reliability, and cost are achieved while following engineering best practices.
- Provide technical support to cross-functional teams including Procurement, Quality, Operations, Sales, Technical Support, Logistics, and PMO.
- Support supplier development, component qualification, product validation, and customer homologation activities.
- Audit and validate projects before production release to ensure compliance with customer requirements, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives within product development projects.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Preferred: Post-Graduation / Certification in Project Management.

Required Skills & Knowledge
Technical Skills:

- Strong experience in Product Development and Project Management
- Cost analysis and cost optimization experience
- Knowledge of problem-solving tools such as Six Sigma
- Understanding of refrigeration systems and related applications
