L1 Application Support – Hospital Information SystemRigved Technologies is hiring 2 L1 Application Support professionals for a hospital-based healthcare IT support role in Fort, Mumbai.The selected candidates will provide first-level application support for Hospital Information System applications and work closely with hospital users, clinical teams, IT teams and support teams.Key responsibilitiesProvide L1 support for HIS, LIMS and RIS applications.Resolve daily application and user issues within defined timelines.Log, track, document and escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams.Support hospital workflows including OPD, IPD, billing, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, ward management and discharge.Assist users with login issues, password resets, access rights and user-account management.Coordinate with doctors, nurses, hospital staff and internal IT teams.Support application testing, upgrades and implementation activities.Prepare SOPs, user guides, issue records and training documents.Monitor support requests and maintain accurate ticket records.Provide basic troubleshooting for application, system and connectivity issues.Required experience1–2 years of experience in HIS, LIMS,



RIS or healthcare application support.Understanding of hospital workflows such as OPD, IPD, billing, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology and discharge.Experience working with support tickets and SLAs.Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Valuable verbal and written communication.Basic knowledge of networking and system administration.Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics or a related field is preferred.Preferred skillsKnowledge of HL7, HIPAA or ICD coding.Experience with RService Desk, Ameyo CRM or similar ticketing tools.Experience supporting clinical, billing, pharmacy, laboratory or radiology modules.Previous hospital or healthcare IT support experience.Important work conditionsWork location: Fort, MumbaiFull-time, onsite role24/7 rotational shifts6-day working weekWeekend and public-holiday working as per hospital rosterCandidates must be comfortable working rotational shiftsFemale candidates should be comfortable working at least the second shift, which may continue until 9:30 PMCandidates who are not comfortable with rotational shifts, 6-day working and public-holiday duties should not apply.Openings2 positionsApplicationEmail: sanjeev.singh@
