IT Operations / ITSM Team Lead
Location: Bangalore / Chennai (1 day work from office per week)
We are looking for an experienced IT Operations / ITSM Team Lead who is both technically hands-on and capable of leading teams in a quick-paced enterprise environment.
In this role, you will manage critical incidents, improve monitoring and observability practices, and drive operational excellence across complex infrastructure environments.
Key Skills & Experience:

- Strong experience in Critical Incident Management
- Team Lead or ownership experience in ITSM environments
- Hands-on knowledge of Change Management, CMDB, and Compliance
- Strong experience with Service Now ITSM
- Experience with Grafana and monitoring/observability tools
- Ability to reduce alert noise and improve monitoring strategies
- Understanding of HPC environments and resource optimization
- We are looking for someone who can stay calm under pressure, lead from the front, and continuously improve operational processes while remaining technically involved.
