Procurement of Civil & Infrastructure Packages:
Handle procurement of diverse civil works packages including:
Industrial buildings, control rooms, warehouses, admin buildings, pre-engineered buildings.
Foundations (equipment, heavy machinery, static & rotary), trenches, pipe rack civil works.
Structural works (RCC & structural steel works).
Roads, drainage systems, storm water networks, sewerage systems.
ETP/STP civil structures (tanks, clarifiers, basins).
Boundary walls, fencing, and security infrastructure.
Industrial flooring (VDF, epoxy floors etc.)
Roofing, cladding and waterproofing works.
Building interior and finishing works.
2. RFQ/ RFP Management:
Prepare and float detailed RFQs/RFPs based on BOQ, drawings, and specifications.
Ensure clarity in scope definition, technical requirements, and commercial terms.
Coordinate with engineering team, consultants and site teams for inputs and revisions.
3. Techno-Commercial Evaluation:
Conduct detailed techno-commercial evaluation of bids.
Analyze BOQs, rate analysis, and vendor deviations.
Benchmark rates with market data and past projects.
Prepare price comparative statements (CBA) and recommendation notes for management approval (NFA).
4. Contract Management:




Draft and finalize service orders, contracts and service agreements.
Incorporate key clauses (payment terms, LD, scope, price variation, retention, mobilization advance, BGs etc.)
Ensure alignment with company GTC and project requirements.
Handle contract amendments, variations, and claims.
5. Negotiation:
Lead price and commercial negotiations with contractors.
Achieve cost optimization.
Manage L1 negotiations and final deal closure.
6. Vendor Development & Management:
Identify, evaluate, and onboard current contractors.
Maintain vendor database for civil and infrastructure works.
Monitor vendor performance (quality, timelines, safety compliance).
7. Project Coordination:
Work closely with:
Engineering team (for drawings, specs and timelines)
Site project team (for execution readiness)
Support end user in resolving contractual and commercial issues.
8. Compliance & Documentation:
Maintain procurement documentation, audit trails, and approvals.
Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and audit requirements.
Support internal and external audits.
Ensure adherence to safety, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
