We're looking for a hands-on Inventory Executive to own the full inventory lifecycle at Muun Home — from inward stock to last-mile dispatch. You'll be the single source of truth for stock accuracy across our D2 C and marketplace channels, working closely with the warehouse team and the Head of Operations to keep things running smoothly and at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Stock & Inventory Management
– Maintain accurate, real-time inventory records across all SKUs and storage locations
– Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts and reconcile with system records
– Track inward shipments, returns, and damaged/rejected goods with full documentation
– Flag low-stock situations and coordinate reorder requests with the ops team
Platform & System Upkeep
– Update and maintain inventory data on Shopify and Zoho on a daily basis
– Ensure order syncing is accurate across all marketplaces (Nykaa, Amazon, Flipkart etc.)
– Coordinate with the ops team to reconcile RTOs, cancellations, and replacements in the system
Warehouse Coordination
– Oversee inward processes — receiving, tagging, and putting away stock correctly
– Maintain organised storage and ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed




– Coordinate packing list accuracy and support dispatch operations
– Manage damaged goods, dead stock, and returns with proper accounting
Reporting & Documentation
– Prepare daily/weekly inventory MIS reports for the Head of Operations
– Maintain all GRN (Goods Received Notes), inward/outward logs, and audit trails
– Highlight discrepancies between physical and system inventory and resolve them promptly
Skills & Tools
Must-Have
– Working knowledge of Shopify and/or Zoho Inventory
– Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic MIS)
– Understanding of D2 C or e-commerce inventory workflows
– Strong attention to detail and comfort with numbers
Good to Have
– Familiarity with Shiprocket or other logistics platforms
– Experience with marketplace portals (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub)
– Basic understanding of GST and stock valuation
Qualifications
– Graduate in any discipline; B. Com / BBA / Supply Chain preferred
– 2-4 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or operations in D2 C or e-commerce.
– Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a robust plus
