Joining London Waffle Co. means contributing to a culture that values craftsmanship, community, and exceptional guest experiences.Role Description The Head of Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across all London Waffle Co. outlets. This role includes managing store performance, ensuring consistent product quality, and maintaining high standards of customer service and food safety. The Head of Operations will lead and mentor store managers and teams, oversee staffing and scheduling, and drive operational efficiencies. Key responsibilities include monitoring KPIs,



optimizing supply chain and inventory processes, managing budgets and cost controls, and implementing standard operating procedures. The role will also collaborate with leadership on expansion plans, support new store openings, and identify opportunities to improve guest experience and operational excellence.QualificationsStrong Operations Management skills with experience overseeing multi-site or retail/foodservice operations.Proven Analytical Skills to interpret performance data, KPIs, and operational metrics for decision-making.Effective Team Management capabilities, including coaching, performance management, and building high-performing teams.Excellent Communication skills for clear coordination with store teams, leadership, and cross-functional partners.Budgeting and cost-control skills, including experience with P&L; management and resource optimization.Prior experience in QSR, restaurant, café, or hospitality operations is highly preferred.Ability to work on-site across multiple locations in Chennai and adapt to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
