What We're Building
We are looking for talented professionals to join our Incubation & Exploration portfolio — where we're shaping the next wave of enterprise AI. This includes a no-code Agentic AI Builder that empowers business users to create autonomous agents without writing a single line of code, and an Agent Governance Platform designed to deploy, monitor, and secure agents at scale across the enterprise.
THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Delivery Project Executive, you will own end-to-end programme governance across multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring HCL Software's Autonomous AI Agent solutions are delivered on scope, on time, and to the highest quality bar.

- Own programme governance: define milestones, track progress, validate deliverables, and hold teams accountable to commitments.




- Serve as the senior point of contact for client and partner stakeholders — translating technical progress into explicit business narratives.
- Proactively identify risks, manage escalations, and navigate crises with composure and decisive action.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, architecture, sales, and client success teams.
- Champion continuous improvement by refining delivery frameworks, tools, and team rituals to accelerate outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Must-Have

- 12+ years of progressive experience in IT delivery, programme management, and senior leadership.
- Master's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL Master-level certification.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering complex, multi-workstream technology programmes on time and within scope.
- Expert negotiation, stakeholder management, and crisis communication skills.
- High-level fluency with Cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), AI/ML technologies, Cybersecurity, or SDLC.

Nice-to-Have

- Agile/Scrum certification (SAFe, CSM, or equivalent).
- Experience delivering AI/ML or Autonomous Agent solutions in enterprise environments.
- Background managing P&L; or commercial accountability within large programmes.
- Exposure to legal, financial, or healthcare domain delivery contexts.
