We're looking for a Science Storyboard & Visual Direction Lead who can transform complex ideas into powerful visual experiences.
This is not a video editing role.
This role sits between script and edit.
When you read a line like:
"The brain confuses familiar pain with safety."
You don't think:
Show a sad person.
Show a brain scan.
You think:
What's the hidden mechanism?
What should the audience feel?
What visual metaphor makes this unforgettable?
How does this become a sequence?
Experience Required: 2-3 years
Salary Budget: ₹50,000 – ₹80,000 per month
What You'll Do
Create shot-by-shot storyboards
Build visual treatments and scene references
Design AI visual prompts
Direct motion graphics and documentary-style sequences
Create editor briefs and visual systems
Turn abstract ideas into transparent, memorable visual narratives

Strong conceptual thinking
Ability to visualize invisible mechanisms
