Job Description AM/ Manager - Community
As the Community Experience, you will lead the day-to-day operations and ensure an exceptional experience for all members at The Circle Work. Your role blends operations, community management, making you a key driver in fostering engagement, collaboration, and satisfaction within our space.
Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations, ensuring a seamless experience for all members
- Maintain a clean, secure, and productive workspace
- Act as the friendly face of The Circle Work, building strong member relationships
- Plan and host community events, workshops, and networking sessions
- Organize pop-up stores, product showcases, and promotional events
- Facilitate collaborations and partnerships within the member community
- Handle member queries, onboarding,



and engagement initiatives
- Gather member feedback and implement improvements
- Partner with sales & marketing to showcase our space and convert leads to happy members
- Manage budgets, track expenses, and identify opportunities for cost savings

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 5 - 9 years of experience, preferably in the co-working industry
- Strong communication skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to handle centre coordination independently
- Location: Gurgaon
