The Operations Executive will oversee daily operational activities, including coordinating orders, tracking inventory, and ensuring timely processing and dispatch of goods. This role will support operations management by maintaining records, monitoring workflows, identifying process gaps, and suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency. The Operations Executive will collaborate with internal teams such as sales, procurement, and logistics to ensure smooth communication and alignment on timelines and priorities.



Responsibilities also include preparing basic reports, analyzing operational data, supporting compliance with internal policies, and assisting management with operational planning and execution.QualificationsStrong foundation in Operations and Operations Management, with the ability to handle day-to-day processes and support continuous improvement.Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and provide operational insights for decision-making.Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, email) and comfort working with operational or ERP systems.Prior experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain (experience in the diamond or jewelry industry is an advantage but not required).Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and maintain a professional, ethical approach to all operational activities.
