We are developing a large-scale UK Curriculum Question Bank aligned with:

The project utilizes AI-assisted content generation workflows. Academic experts play a critical role in ensuring the final quality, accuracy, curriculum alignment, and assessment standards of all content before publication.
Open Positions
1. Subject Head
Subject Heads are responsible for content creation, first-level quality review, and overall content leadership within their subject area.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate curriculum-aligned questions using approved AI workflows and prompts
- Create accurate answers, worked solutions, and explanations
- Map questions to topics, knowledge points, difficulty levels, and cognitive levels
- Verify academic accuracy and curriculum alignment
- Ensure variety, consistency, and appropriate difficulty progression
- Identify and eliminate repetitive, vague, incomplete, or poorly designed questions
- Maintain quality standards across large content batches
- Review and validate work completed by SME Reviewers
- Work within structured guidelines and delivery timelines
2. SME Reviewer
SME Reviewers are responsible for reviewing, correcting, improving, and validating assessment content generated through AI-assisted workflows.
Key Responsibilities

- Review AI-generated questions, answers, and solutions




- Verify academic accuracy and curriculum alignment
- Review knowledge point mapping, tagging, difficulty levels, and cognitive levels
- Rework, fix, and make content error-free
- Improve wording, clarity, and assessment quality where required
- Identify incorrect answers, weak solutions, or curriculum mismatches
- Recommend rejection, revision, or replacement of poor-quality questions
- Ensure consistency across large question bank datasets
- Perform detailed quality assurance and proofreading reviews

Required Experience
For Both Roles

- Strong subject matter expertise
- Experience working with curriculum-based educational content
- Experience developing or reviewing assessments, worksheets, question banks, test papers, mark schemes, solutions, or examination content
- Ability to identify and correct academic inaccuracies
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Comfortable working with AI-generated content and AI tools
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Solid written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Master's degree in the relevant subject
- Experience with UK Curriculum (Cambridge, Pearson Edexcel, Oxford AQA)
- Educational publishing experience
- Assessment development, review, and quality assurance experience
- Academic content leadership experience (preferred for Subject Head role)

Mandatory Requirements

- Minimum availability of 4–5 hours per day
- Long-term project commitment
- Willingness to complete a screening task
- NDA compliance required
