We're looking for a visual thinker who can shape perception, build trust, and make people stop scrolling — at Teregie, the design team leads the brand, not follows it.About the RoleAs our Graphic Designer, you'll own the visual language of Teregie — a premium ergonomic and health-focused brand — across product campaigns, digital ads, B2 B collateral, investor materials, and social storytelling. You'll think conceptually, execute precisely, and work at the intersection of brand aesthetics and marketing performance.This is not a template-editing role.What You'll OwnCampaign Design Design premium product posters, launch creatives, and hero visuals for ads, websites, and exhibitions. Visual storytelling through metaphor, lighting, spatial composition, and cinematic aesthetics.AI-Assisted Production Integrate Midjourney, Flux, Runway, Firefly, Chat GPT, and similar AI tools into skilled design workflows — prompting, compositing, retouching, upscaling, masking, and realistic scene integration.Performance Creatives High-CTR ad creatives and thumbnails for Instagram, You Tube, and Meta Ads — built around attention mechanics, visual hierarchy, pattern interruption, and conversion psychology.B2 B & Investor Communication Pitch decks, franchise presentations, retail partnership collateral, and proposals for architects, physiotherapy centers, corporate offices, and investors — clean, strategic, and premium.Health & Ergonomics Education Translate ergonomic and physiological concepts into engaging infographics — posture, active sitting,



muscle health, workplace wellness, and long-term health habits.Social Media & Content Carousels, reel covers, story creatives, teaser campaigns, and launch sequences that balance aesthetics, emotion, clarity, and performance. Catalogue and brochure design included.Brand System Stewardship Maintain consistency across typography, spacing, color palettes, and visual tone. Build reusable design systems and scalable brand assets for long-term consistency.What We're Looking For→ Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma→ Advanced photo manipulation, compositing, and retouching skills→ Experience with AI tools — Midjourney, Flux, Runway, Firefly, Kling, or similar→ Deep understanding of composition, lighting, typography, and color theory→ Ability to conceptualize from scratch, not modify templates→ Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, campaign design, or high-end advertising→ Understanding of social media ecosystems and digital marketing psychology→ Comfortable managing multiple creative projects under real deadlinesBonus Points ForBasic motion graphics, animated typography, or cinematic transitions for reels and ads understanding of visual pacing, audio sync, an Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma→ Advanced photo manipulation, compositing,
