The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, creating detailed designs, and preparing drawings and documentation for residential and commercial projects. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, coordinating with engineers and contractors, and ensuring designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and client requirements. The role also involves managing project timelines, supporting integration of design with construction processes, and participating in reviews to maintain quality and consistency across deliverables.



The Architect will be expected to contribute to continuous improvement of design standards and project workflows within the organization.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Architecture and Architectural Design skills, including concept development, space planning, and preparation of technical drawings.Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration relevant to architectural workflows, such as using design and modeling tools, BIM software, or integrating digital solutions into project processes.Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, time management, and stakeholder communication.Proficiency with industry-standard design software (e.g., Auto CAD, Revit, Sketch Up, or similar) and familiarity with local building codes and regulations.Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture or a closely related field, with relevant skilled experience in architectural practice.Ability to work on-site in Pune, collaborate effectively with diverse teams, and communicate clearly with clients and partners.Experience in sustainable design, construction coordination, or interior planning is beneficial.
