Medical Lab Technician Location: Praan Health 50+ ClinicReporting To: Clinic ManagerEmployment Type: Full-TimeRole Summary Responsible for sample collection, basic diagnostic operations, home sample collection, inventory management, and ensuring a seamless patient experience for adults aged 50+.Key Responsibilities Laboratory OperationsCollect, label, and process patient samples.Conduct routine diagnostic tests as per protocols.Maintain accurate records and ensure timely reporting.Home Sample CollectionConduct home visits for sample collection.Ensure safe handling and transportation of samples.Coordinate appointments with patients and caregivers.Equipment & InventoryOperate and maintain laboratory equipment.Monitor consumables, reagents,



and stock levels.Ensure compliance with safety and biomedical waste protocols.Patient Care & CoordinationDeliver a professional and comfortable experience for patients.Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare staff.Support health camps, screenings, and preventive care programs.Qualifications DMLT or B. Sc.
