We build conversations, moments, and ideas that travel.We're looking for a Content Producer & Social Media Lead – Podcast & Personal Brand who understands how content actually works on the internet.Not just posting. Not paid ads. Not SEO jargon. Not "digital marketing" for the sake of it.This is a content-first role built around:Hooks. Storytelling. Editing sense. Internet culture. Organic growth. Resonance.If you can watch a Reel or You Tube video and explain why it worked, why people shared it, and why it made someone stop scrolling — you'll fit right in.What you'll be doing:Leading Instagram-first content for Figuring Fashion — from ideation to executionProducing social media content around podcast episodes, guests, founder content, and original ideasIdentifying strong hooks from long-form conversations and turning them into high-performing ReelsWorking closely with our in-house editor to shape the final output — not just hand over timestampsReviewing cuts, suggesting improvements, and helping the editor bring out the strongest momentsWriting sharp captions, titles, reel hooks, and post copy in clear EnglishContributing ideas for the founder's personal brand and helping execute them consistentlyPlanning content formats, BTS ideas, employee-led content, and experimental reel conceptsTracking what works on Instagram and improving content based on performanceSupporting You Tube content packaging where required, including titles, thumbnails, intros, and clipsSimple in theory.



Powerful in execution.What we're looking for:1–3 years of hands-on experience in social media, content creation, creator-led brands, podcasts, media, or entertainmentStrong understanding of organic growth through content — not just paid ads, SEO, or textbook marketingA good instinct for hooks, storytelling, relatability, pacing, and share-worthy contentSomeone who actively consumes high-quality English content on Instagram and You TubeGood written and spoken English communication skillsComfortable working with editors and taking ownership of the final content outputSomeone who can think creatively, bring ideas, and execute without waiting for constant instructionsInterest in fashion, lifestyle, creators, personal branding, self-growth, or culture-led contentAbility to understand why people save, share, comment, or rewatch contentSomeone who wants to build content seriously — not someone looking for just another social media jobIf you've ever watched a Reel and thought,"This worked because the hook was strong,"or"This got shared because people saw themselves in it,"we want to speak with you.What it's like working here:This is a small, young, creative team — not a corporate machine.You'll work directly with the founder, an in-house editor, and a team that genuinely wants to build something in the content space.You'll be around podcast shoots, creative discussions,



edit reviews, guest conversations, BTS moments, and real-time content decisions. One day you may be breaking down why a Reel worked, the next day you may be helping shoot an idea for the founder's personal brand.The environment is fun, fast, experimental, and feedback-driven.No corporate stiffness.
