Co Ka Co, a part of NNM Group, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented qualified to join our Mumbai team. This opportunity offers hands-on experience working with startups and SMEs across fundraising, valuation, strategic finance, and transaction advisory projects.
What You'll Do:
- Develop financial models and perform valuation analysis
- Work on company buy-sell transactions and private equity execution
- Conduct due diligence, research, and transaction documentation
- Prepare investment memoranda, pitch books, and presentations
- Build and manage relationships with clients, investors, and lenders
- Support risk assessment, SWOT analysis, and strategic financial planning
- Collaborate with internal teams on high-impact projects
What We're Looking For:
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification
Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
Knowledge of SEBI ICDR regulations and capital market processes
Experience or exposure to fund advisory/investment banking (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
