LIT LIFE is a bold body-care universe for shame-coded body parts - pits, bums, back, feet and everything in between
The spine: real science, sharp culture, zero awkwardness.
We are building the founding team.
TL; DR
- Creative Quality, Detail & Consistency
- Protect the brand from becoming sloppy.
We need someone who notices what others miss: the wrong Pantone, the extra space, the broken alignment, the weak crop, the wrong comma, the off-brand font, the lazy caption, the ugly thumbnail, the claim that feels wrong.
Everyone may hate you for catching details. Good. That is the job.
What you'll do
- Review every creative before it goes live: design, copy, spacing, alignment, tone, claims and brand consistency.
- Maintain brand guidelines across packaging, Instagram, website, product pages, ads and creator assets.
- Check colours, fonts, layouts, grammar, formatting, visual hierarchy and details.
- Ensure founder content, brand content and product content all feel like the same world.
- Keep a live brand checklist for every asset type.
- Work with design, copy, campaign,
product and growth teams.
- Catch mistakes before customers do.
- Protect the brand's taste, sharpness and consistency as output scales.
You are a fit if
- You are obsessive about details.
- You have strong taste and high standards.
- You understand design, copy, brand systems and digital assets.
- You can give precise feedback without creating chaos.
- You notice things most people miss.
- You care about quality even when timelines are tight.
You are not a fit if
- You think "valuable enough" is good enough.
- You cannot explain what is wrong.
- You only give vague feedback like "make it pop."
- You slow everything down without improving the output.
- You do not understand brand consistency.
