Bluecoderhub is building an AI-based CAD Co-pilot that helps engineers create, modify, and automate CAD designs using artificial intelligence.
We are looking for a passionate Co-founder with strong expertise in AI & ML who is excited to build a deep-tech product from the ground up.
Responsibilities Lead AI & ML development for our CAD Co-pilot product
Work on LLMs, AI agents, and automation workflows
Build intelligent systems that can understand engineering design requirements
Collaborate on product strategy, architecture, and MVP development
Contribute as a core founding team member
Requirements Robust knowledge of AI, ML, LLMs, and AI agents
Good experience with Python and backend development
Interest in CAD, 3 D modeling, or engineering design automation




Startup mindset with ownership and long-term commitment
Willingness to work without salary for the first few months
Good to Have Experience with Free CAD, CAD APIs, or 3 D geometry
Knowledge of mechanical engineering design workflows
Experience building AI products or Saa S platforms
