Network Engineer – SD-WAN & Enterprise Networking

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer with solid expertise in SD-WAN technologies, enterprise networking, and network security. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience with Silver Peak SD-WAN, Cisco, and Meraki technologies, along with strong troubleshooting, incident management, and stakeholder communication skills.
Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, and SD-WAN environments.
- Configure, manage, and provide expert-level support for Silver Peak SD-WAN solutions.
- Deploy and maintain Cisco Catalyst switches, including VLANs, STP, and routing configurations.
- Configure and administer Cisco ISE for network access control and security policy enforcement.
- Manage and support Meraki MS switching and MR wireless environments.
- Perform advanced Layer 2 and Layer 3 troubleshooting to ensure network stability and performance.
- Monitor network infrastructure using enterprise monitoring tools and proactively address issues.
- Handle incidents, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA),



and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Utilize Service Now (SNOW) for incident tracking, reporting, and change management activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance to stakeholders.
- Participate in network design, architecture discussions, and implementation activities.
- Deliver effective client communication and support during project execution and issue resolution.

Mandatory Requirements

- Expert-level hands-on experience with Silver Peak SD-WAN.
- Strong experience with Meraki MS & MR platforms.
- Hands-on expertise with Cisco Catalyst switching, STP, and routing.
- Experience working with Cisco ISE.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking.

Preferred Requirements

- Knowledge of NPS (Network Policy Server).
- Experience with network monitoring tools and ITSM platforms.
- Exposure to enterprise network architecture and design.
- CCNP or Aruba SD-WAN certification preferred.

Note
Silver Peak SD-WAN expertise is mandatory for this role.
