This role oversees stock handling, merchandising, and store upkeep to maintain an organized, visually appealing, and compliant environment. The specialist supports front-of-house operations, including assisting sales staff, coordinating cashier activities, and helping resolve customer requests or concerns in a timely manner.



Daily tasks include monitoring inventory levels, tracking sales and operational metrics, and preparing basic reports for management. The role also involves adhering to company processes, supporting store opening and closing routines, and collaborating with team members to meet performance and service standards.QualificationsStrong Operations and Store Management skills to coordinate day-to-day activities, stock flow, and store routines.Solid Analytical Skills to interpret basic, inventory,Ability to work on-site in Barasat on a full-time schedule, including weekends, holidays, or peak seasons as neededTravel Within City to different stores as an when required.Prior experience in retail or fashion store operations is preferred; familiarity with POS systems and basic MS Office is beneficial.Salary - 25,000/- In and around.Immediate Joiners Preferred.
