Our team supports clients across the US, EU, MENA and APAC regions, delivering high‐quality product listings, creative assets, catalogue optimisation and content syndication solutions.We are seeking a Creative‐led e Commerce Services Consultant who will primarily focus on image and video asset creation, A+ Content, Brand Stores and Brand Stories, while also supporting catalogue operations during lower creative workload periods.This role is ideal for a highly skilled creative professional with strong technical proficiency in Amazon's ecosystem and a solid understanding of listing support.This position is currently a 6 months contract with potential to extend.About the RolePrimary Responsibilities — Creative ServicesBuild, refresh and optimise A+ Content, Brand Stories and Amazon Brand Stores, ensuring compliance with platform‐specific technical guidelines.Design, edit and enhance image and video assets for use across Amazon and other global e Commerce platforms.Work extensively with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Cloud, and (ideally) Adobe Premiere for video editing.Collaborate with internal EU and US stakeholders across Account Management, Sales,



Advertising and Marketing teams.Ensure all creative deliverables meet LSM Global's quality standards and SLA commitments.Liaise with Seller and Vendor Support teams via Contact Us tools when required.Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to internal creative best practices.Secondary Responsibilities — Catalogue OperationsSupport New Item Setup and creation of high‐quality product listings.Conduct catalogue audits and proactively monitor/fix Item Data Quality (IDQ) defects.Improve product discoverability through variations, browse node assignments, keyword optimisation and duplicate merges.Maintain accurate data within PIM/content syndication tools.Assist with catalogue‐related escalations and operational troubleshooting.Who You AreWe are looking for a motivated, detail‐oriented and high‐performing individual who can balance creative excellence with operational discipline.Essential QualificationsExpert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Photoshop (non‐negotiable).Solid experience with image editing, asset creation, and video editing (Adobe Premiere preferred).Background in e Commerce, ideally supporting Amazon sellers, vendors or manufacturers.Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines and communicate clearly.Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).Comfortable working autonomously and collaborating with global teams.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Amazon Vendor/Seller tools and processes.Familiarity with catalogue operations (NIS, variations, browse, IDQ cleanup).Prior experience in Retail, Consumer Goods or Manufacturer environments.Additional language skills.What We OfferCompetitive monthly compensation of INR 100,000.Opportunity to work with major global brands.Exposure to diverse product categories and multiple Amazon marketplaces.Supportive global team with deep expertise in e Commerce, creative services and catalogue operations.Regular team engagement, knowledge‐sharing sessions and company social events.#amazon #amazonjobs #creativejobs #jobsearch #jobseekers #recruiting #jobopportunity #remotework #imageeditor #videoeditor #figma #photoshop # photoshopjobs #Adobe Creative #Hiring Now #APlus Content
