- Plan and manage investor meetings, site visits (for real estate projects), webinars, and engagement events to strengthen trust and repeat investments.
### 4. Product, Structuring and Deal Support

- Coordinate with legal, finance, and compliance to ensure that term sheets, offer documents, and agreements meet both investor needs and regulatory requirements.
- Support bulk deals, co‐investment opportunities, or project‐specific structures (for example, pre‐sales or forward funding of residential apartments) to meet the 20% return model and similar offerings.
### 5. Compliance and Governance
- Ensure that all fundraising and investor communication activities comply with applicable Indian laws, SEBI and MCA norms, and internal NFS policies.
- Coordinate with internal/external legal counsel, auditors, and regulators as required for approvals, documentation, and disclosures related to fundraising.
- Maintain accurate records of investor communications, commitments, and documentation to support audits and regulatory inspections.
### 6. Cross‐Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with leadership of Quiknest, Master Path, and other divisions to ensure fundraising is directly linked to executable, revenue‐generating projects.
- Collaborate with marketing and technology teams (Vizualyst/IT partners) to build digital funnels and campaigns for investor acquisition and communication (website, Whats App campaigns, landing pages, CRM, dashboards).
- Provide regular fundraising performance updates in management reviews and support strategic decisions (project prioritization, capital allocation, deleveraging plan).
### 7. Team Building and Process Setup
- Set up the fundraising and investor relations function as a scalable unit, including hiring, training, and performance management of team members (BD, tele‐calling, relationship managers).
- Define and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for lead generation, investor onboarding, documentation, KYC collection, and post‐investment servicing.
