Hiring: TELESALES EXECUTIVE
We are looking for energetic and target-driven Telesales Executives to join our rapidly growing sales team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a high-demand monopoly product line offering India's lowest MOQ at the most competitive pricing supported by a steady flow of warm leads generated through Google, Facebook, and Instagram campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle 50–80 inbound & outbound calls daily
Convert warm leads into confirmed orders
Follow up with prospects and maintain lead pipeline
Coordinate orders and tasks through CRM
Dispatch sample kits and track conversions
Maintain daily MIS and CRM reports
Generate repeat business and cross-sell opportunities
Eligibility:
Graduate in any discipline
1–3 years of telesales / inside sales / customer support experience preferred
Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
Fluent Hindi communication is mandatory
Basic English required
Marathi / Gujarati or other regional language is an added advantage
Comfortable using CRM and spreadsheets
Performance Expectations:
50–80 calls per day
Monthly conversion targets
Solid follow-up and customer handling skills
Revenue and conversion-focused mindset

Location: Andheri / Goregaon / Taloja
Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
6 Days Working (Sunday Off)
