About the Role
Pinnacle Software and Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Data Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance data platforms. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in defining enterprise-wide data architecture, enabling analytics initiatives, and ensuring data quality, governance, and security across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable, secure, and reliable enterprise data architectures.
Develop logical and physical data models aligned with business requirements.
Define data storage, data integration, and data transformation strategies.
Build and optimize data pipelines for analytics and reporting.
Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to define data strategy.
Establish and maintain data governance, compliance, and security standards.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, integrity, and availability across systems.
Support business intelligence, analytics, and reporting initiatives.
Optimize data systems for scalability, reliability, and performance.
Evaluate and recommend modern data technologies, tools, and frameworks.
Lead architecture discussions and mentor engineering teams on data best practices.
Required Skills




8+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Engineering, or Enterprise Data Solutions.
Strong expertise in Data Modeling (Logical and Physical).
Deep understanding of Data Warehousing concepts and architectures.
Solid hands-on experience with SQL and Python.
Experience designing and managing enterprise-scale databases.
Experience with Data Integration and ETL/ELT frameworks.
Working knowledge of Big Data technologies and distributed data processing frameworks.
Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
Strong understanding of Data Governance, Data Quality, and Security principles.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, or Azure Synapse.
Exposure to Data Lake and Lakehouse architectures.
Experience with Apache Spark, Hadoop, or other Big Data frameworks.
Understanding of Master Data Management (MDM).
Experience with enterprise-scale analytics platforms.
Cloud architecture certifications.
Experience working in Agile environments.
TOGAF or Enterprise Architecture exposure.
