We are seeking a creative and versatile 3 D Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating high-quality 3 D visuals and capable of handling multiple aspects of the 3 D production pipeline—from modeling and texturing to lighting, animation, and rendering. You will work on a diverse range of projects, including immersive experiences, projection mapping, experiential installations, corporate films, and digital content.
Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality 3 D models, environments, and assets.
- Develop textures, materials, and shaders for realistic or stylized visuals.
- Set up lighting and rendering for compelling final outputs.
- Animate objects, cameras, and scenes when required.
- Collaborate with creative directors, designers, and VFX artists to bring concepts to life.
- Optimize assets and scenes for production efficiency.
- Ensure visual quality, consistency,



and timely delivery of projects.
- Troubleshoot technical and artistic challenges throughout production.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in Blender and Unreal.
- Good understanding of modeling, UV mapping, texturing, lighting, rendering, and animation.
- Knowledge of motion graphics workflows and camera animation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Robust attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in experiential design, projection mapping, immersive content, or large-format media.
- Knowledge of Blender and Unreal Engine or real-time visualization workflows.
- A strong portfolio showcasing diverse 3 D work.
