Brand & Collateral Design- Design and own all brand collaterals, from decks, lookbooks, and catalogues to internal and external communication assets- Create newsletters and emailers that are visually strong and aligned with brand voice- Ensure consistency across every touchpoint, digital, physical, and internal2. Creatives That Perform- Design high-conversion ads and performance creatives for Meta, Google, and marketplaces- Understand what works, not just what looks good- Iterate quickly based on performance data and feedback loops3. Cross-Domain Asset Creation- Design assets across platforms,



website, app, social media, marketplaces, offline touchpoints- Adapt one core idea seamlessly across formats and channels- Work across teams to ensure design solves for multiple use cases, not just one4.
