We're Hiring: Knitwear Designer (Freelancer)Role: Knitwear DesignerJob Type: FreelanceLocation: Dwarka, DelhiAt Innaide, we're building an cutting-edge postpartum fashion product focused on comfort, functionality, and confidence for women during their postpartum journey.We're looking for a Knitwear Designer to collaborate with us on a freelance basis and help bring this product to life.What You'll Work On1. Concept & Design Development- Translate briefs into original activewear and/or intimate wear designs suited for postpartum wear- Deliver mood boards, sketches, and design direction on time- Ensure designs balance functionality, comfort, and aesthetics2. Technical Specification- Create detailed tech packs with construction, fabric, and finishing notes- Ensure specs are manufacturer-ready with minimal revisions needed3. Material Selection- Recommend fabrics and materials appropriate for activewear and/or intimate wear in a postpartum context- Evaluate materials for softness, stretch, recovery, and skin sensitivity4. Sampling & Iteration- Guide or oversee the sample development process- Review samples against design intent and provide clear revision feedback- Drive samples to final approved standard within agreed rounds5.



Milestone & Deliverable AdherenceMeet all project deadlines and milestonesCommunicate proactively on delays or blockersSubmit final assets in agreed formats6..
