We're a VC-funded startup building at the intersection of AI and education (currently in stealth) that crossed 1 million+ users in our first 6 months. At Aitainment, we're using generative AI to turn Govt exam prep into cinematic, watchable content — full video production driven by AI, from script to final frame. We're now looking for an AI Engineer Intern to build alongside our founding team.This is an engineer's role first. You'll write Python, build AI agents, and ship tools that power our video production pipeline — but you also know the craft of AI video generation end to end, and you have the eye to tell a great shot from a broken one. We don't want someone who only prompts, and we don't want someone who only codes and has never touched a generation model. We want the rare person who does both.We take interns seriously. You'll ship real systems and real content to real users, sit close to product and creative decisions, and learn what it takes to build an AI-driven production pipeline that's growing fast. We'll put real time into your growth — pairing, code and output reviews, and honest feedback — because we want you to walk away a meaningfully stronger builder than when you joined. You'll be paired with people who'll mentor you as you take ownership of well-scoped pieces of the system.The ideal intern has already built end-to-end AI agents to solve real problems, has hands-on experience generating video and audio with AI, and understands the entire pipeline — scripting, storyboarding, image generation, video generation, and the critical review of what's actually working frame by frame.What You'll Do AI Agents & Automation: Design and build end-to-end AI agents and automated pipelines in Python that orchestrate the production workflow — script to assets to assembly to QA. This is the core of the role.Generative Video & Media: Build cinematic videos using models like Google Veo, Higgsfield, Kling, Runway, and Grok Video. Convert narration and audio into synced, animated video. Generate images and animate them into motion.Model Fine-Tuning: Fine-tune and adapt models — diffusion workflows, Lo RAs, custom pipelines — to lock in our visual style and subject matter,



and build evaluation loops to measure whether output is actually getting better.Pipeline & Tooling: Build the internal tools that make production faster and more consistent — prompt libraries, asset pipelines, Comfy UI workflows, API integrations, light automation. Look at a manual process and build the thing that removes the steps.Review & Quality: Critically review generated output — judge which frames and shots are good, diagnose failure modes (drift, artifacts, inconsistency, broken lip-sync, warping), and feed that back into prompts, models, and workflows. Knowing why a generation failed is as key as making one that works.Scripting & Storyboarding: Work across the full creative pipeline — turning exam concepts into scripts, storyboards, and visual narratives that actually land with learners.Ownership: Take a piece of tooling or content from "here's a vague idea" to "it's live in front of users," and grow into handling more end-to-end with less hand-holding over time.What You Bring Python (mandatory): You code, and you've built real things with it — not just notebooks. This is a building role.You've built AI agents (mandatory): You've shipped end-to-end AI agents or tools that solve actual use cases. Show us what you built, how it works, and what broke along the way.Hands-on AI media experience (mandatory): You've actually generated video and/or audio with AI models — Veo, Kling, Runway, Higgsfield, Eleven Labs, or similar. Not "read about," built with.You understand the full AI video pipeline: Scripting → storyboarding → image generation → video generation → review. You know what good looks like at each stage and can spot what's broken.A critical eye: You can tell the difference between cinematic output and AI slop, and you can articulate why a shot isn't working and what would fix it.Model fluency:



Working familiarity with video, image, and audio generation tools, and ideally with diffusion workflows (Comfy UI, Lo RAs, Control Net).Proof you build things: A Git Hub you're proud of, deployed tools or agents, a reel or portfolio of AI-generated media, side projects, or hackathons. We care more about what you've built than where you studied. Current students, recent grads, and self-taught builders are all welcome.Nice to Have Experience fine-tuning models, training Lo RAs, or building custom Comfy UI / diffusion workflows.Familiarity with agent frameworks (Lang Chain, Llama Index, or similar), API orchestration, and automation tools (n8n, Claude Code, Codex).Character and style consistency techniques — Lo RAs, reference libraries, keeping a look coherent across shots.Comfort running models on cloud GPU (Run Pod, AWS) and containerizing workflows (Docker).Traditional editing / motion chops (Premiere, After Effects, Da Vinci, Cap Cut) — useful for knowing what "finished" looks like.The kind of curiosity that has you tracking new model releases the week they drop, because you actually find it interesting.Culture Fit Comfortable with ambiguity: You can keep moving even when the brief or the technical path isn't fully defined, and you ask good questions to fill the gaps.Builder & problem solver: When an agent misbehaves or a generation won't cooperate, you stay with it — reading docs, testing approaches, breaking the problem down until it works.Self-starter & fast learner: You don't wait to be told every step.
