The SCM Manager will lead the whole ops team and be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing the supply chain,
ensuring product quality, streamlining processes, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations. The role also involves liaising with vendors, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.QualificationsExperience in supply chain management and logisticsKnowledge of quality assurance and process optimizationProficiency in inventory management and vendor relationsGood communication and interpersonal skillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fieldExperience in the agriculture or food industry is a plusMinimum 2 years of relevant experiencePlease note: This is mid-management role not a senior leadership role.
