Joining CAD Services India offers exposure to diverse, complex projects and a collaborative technical setting.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site BIM Modeler - MEP role based in Mannarkkad or Bangalore. The BIM Modeler will create and update detailed 3 D BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems in coordination with architectural and structural teams. Responsibilities include interpreting and converting design inputs and construction drawings into coordinated BIM models, ensuring compliance with project standards and client requirements. The role involves detecting and reporting clashes, supporting design changes, and preparing model-based drawings and documentation for various project stages.



The BIM Modeler will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and other modelers to maintain model accuracy, version control, and project timelines.QualificationsStrong proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows, with hands-on experience as a BIM Modeler for MEP projects.Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and their coordination within building projects.Ability to interpret and develop detailed construction drawings, including plans, sections, and details, from design inputs.Understanding of architectural layouts and building design principles to ensure proper integration of MEP models with architectural and structural models.Attention to detail, ability to identify clashes and coordination issues, and capability to implement corrections in the BIM environment.Relevant diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or a related field, with prior experience in BIM modeling preferred.Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment on-site in Mannarkkad or BangaloreFamiliarity with industry standards, CAD drafting, and model documentation processes is an advantage.Min 5 year experience in Mechanical / Electrical / Plumbing projects LOD 300 to 500
