The Compliance Executive will monitor and ensure adherence to applicable labor laws, statutory regulations. Responsibilities include maintaining compliance documentation, tracking statutory filings and deadlines and supporting audits and inspections by authorities.The Compliance Executive will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and client representatives to address compliance queries, resolve issues,



and promote a culture of ethical and compliant practices.Qualifications:Candidates should possess strong skills in Regulatory Compliance and a solid understanding of labor laws and HR statutory requirements.Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to review data, identify compliance gaps, and support risk mitigation.Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external authorities.Any achelor's degree , Commerce, Business Administration, HR, or a related field; relevant certifications in compliance or labor law are an advantage.1–3 years of experience in compliance, HR operations, or payroll compliance (experience in HR outsourcing or staffing firms is a plus).Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and ability to work with HR/payroll or compliance tools and portals.Solid attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
