Summary
We are looking for a seasoned finance leader to head the Finance function for a Global Capability Center (GCC) supporting a leading insurance organization. The role will be responsible for driving financial controllership, FP&A;, governance, regulatory compliance, transformation initiatives, and stakeholder management across global markets. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in insurance finance, GCC operations, and leading large-scale finance teams in a complex, matrixed environment.
Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end finance operations for the Insurance GCC, including Controllership, FP&A;, Reporting, Tax, Treasury, and Compliance.
- Partner with global finance leadership and business stakeholders to drive strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, and local regulatory requirements.
- Drive governance, risk management, internal controls, and audit readiness across the organization.
- Lead finance transformation initiatives, process optimization, automation, and digital finance programs.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, regulators, and key business partners.




- Develop and mentor high-performing finance teams while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Support business growth through insightful financial analysis, profitability management, and decision support.

Desired Profile

- CA / CPA / MBA Finance from a reputed institution.
- 18–25 years of progressive finance leadership experience.
- Robust experience within Insurance, Reinsurance, Insur Tech, or Insurance GCC environments.
- Proven expertise in Controllership, FP&A;, Financial Reporting, Regulatory Compliance, and Finance Transformation.
- Experience managing large global teams and working with senior international stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of insurance accounting standards, solvency frameworks, and regulatory reporting.
- Exposure to ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar finance systems.
