Role Overview:
We're hiring banking and fintech professionals with hands-on experience across Chase, Pay Pal, Venmo, and Mint to evaluate AI systems handling payments, disputes, fraud, and personal finance scenarios.
What does day-to-day life look like?
Create banking and payments workflow prompts
Build synthetic transaction, dispute, and reconciliation scenarios




Evaluate AI responses for accuracy and compliance
Identify issues like failed transfers, fraud false positives, and sync failures
Requirements:
4–9+ years in banking, fintech, fraud ops, merchant payments, or personal finance
Experience with Chase, Pay Pal, Venmo, Mint, or related platforms
Understanding of consumer banking regulations (Reg E, Reg Z, AML/KYC)
Robust analytical and written communication skills
Comfort using AI tools like Chat GPT or Claude
Nice to have:
Experience with Stripe, Square, Cash App, Plaid, or Robinhood
AI evaluation or RLHF experience
Knowledge of fintech integrations and data aggregation
