The Senior Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients, customers, and team members. Responsibilities include managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, handling daily receptionist duties, maintaining records and coordinating appointments,



and ensuring a smooth flow of communication in a remote environment. Additional responsibilities may include coordinating administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer service to uphold company standards.QualificationsStrong Phone Etiquette and ability to manage front-facing receptionist duties efficientlyExcellent Clerical Skills, including organization, scheduling, record maintenance, and multitaskingExceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure a friendly and skilled experienceProficiency with remote communication tools and basic office softwareProactive problem-solving abilities with attention to detailPrevious experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in office administration preferred
