Key Responsibilities
Design collection strategies tailored to product types, DPD buckets, and customer segments
Build a strategy layer for agency allocation, legal action, field ops, and tele-collections
Track performance KPIs – Roll rates, Recovery %, Cost of Collection, and Agency ROI
Leverage analytics to define contact strategy – frequency, mode (Whats App, IVR, FOS, etc.)
Work closely with tech/product teams to implement collection rule engines
Set up and enhance dashboards for real-time tracking of delinquency and flow-through
Evaluate and optimize BOT-based, IVR, and human collection journeys
Identify high-risk cohorts and design proactive collection campaigns
Eligibility / Qualification
Education – A minimum of Graduate Degree
Technical Skills – SQL, Excel, Python, R
Experience in CMS, dialer/IVR systems, and collection BOTs
Valuable grasp of lending KPIs – DPD flows, vintage, net recovery, charge-offs
Analytical thinking and experience in building treatment strategies
Exposure to field collection and agency performance optimization
Experience Required
4+ Years of Experience in the BFSI Industry
