AI‐First / AI‐Assisted Development
Lead the adoption of AI‐assisted engineering and automation frameworks to enhance development velocity, quality, and scalability. Institutionalize AI‐first workflows across coding, testing, deployment, and observability using LLM‐assisted code generation, documentation, and intelligent review pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
1) Strategic Leadership & Vision (CTO Mindset)
Define and execute technology strategy and architecture.
Champion scalability, security, reliability, and quality across the platform.
Own decisions on stack, processes, and infrastructure (cloud, microservices, data pipelines).
Represent technology to investors, partners, and clients; stay ahead on AI/ML, Io T, and blockchain.
2) Product Strategy & Execution (Product Mindset)
Own the product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.
Maintain a prioritized, outcomes‐driven roadmap aligned to market opportunities.
Translate customer and stakeholder inputs into PRDs, user stories, and prototypes.
Define and track product KPIs to guide decisions.
3) Technical Execution & Team Building
Be hands‐on in early stages; build critical path features and frameworks.
Recruit, mentor,



and scale a high‐performing team (software, data, QA, Dev Ops).
Establish agile, CI/CD, code quality, and platform observability.
Ensure architecture handles real‐time data, algorithms, and high transaction volumes.
4) Domain Expertise (Mobility in Logistics)
Apply geospatial and routing algorithms for dynamic fleet optimization.
Leverage real‐time telemetry for ETA prediction and disruption management.
Design UX for drivers, dispatchers, and shippers; implement Io T for asset tracking.
