Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Manager with 4-5 years of experience in IT sales, cloud services, software development services, and emerging technologies such as Generative AI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, acquiring new customers, managing strategic accounts, and helping organizations adopt cloud and digital transformation solutions.
This role requires a blend of sales expertise, business development capabilities, and technical understanding of cloud technologies. The candidate will work closely with customers to understand their business challenges and recommend tailored cloud, Dev Ops, managed services, software development, and AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Drive business development and revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and converting new business opportunities.
Execute go-to-market strategies to expand cloud, software development, managed services, and AI solution offerings across global markets.
Engage with prospective clients through outbound calls, emails, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
Understand customer business objectives, technical requirements, and cloud transformation needs.
Promote and sell Cloud Solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP), Dev Ops Services, Managed Services, Software Development Services, and Generative AI Solutions.
Manage the complete sales lifecycle, from lead generation and discovery to proposal submission, negotiation, and closure.
Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to create solution proposals, presentations, and commercial offerings.




Handle strategic and enterprise accounts while building long-term customer relationships.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and customer records in CRM systems.
Gather customer feedback and market insights to improve offerings and strengthen go-to-market strategies.
Represent the organization as a trusted advisor and advocate for cloud adoption and digital transformation initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
4-5 years of experience in IT Sales, Cloud Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Technology Consulting.
Experience working with cloud ecosystem partners and technology vendors.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong ability to identify customer pain points and map technology solutions to business requirements.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to manage multiple opportunities and strategic customer engagements simultaneously.
Understanding of solution selling and consultative sales methodologies.
Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
