The role involves engaging with clients to understand their needs, delivering tailored technical sales presentations, and helping them integrate Bern AI's solutions. The Technical Sales Champion will provide technical support, manage the sales cycle, respond to customer inquiries,



and ensure exceptional client service. Collaboration with marketing and engineering teams to drive innovative solutions for clients is also a key part of this role.QualificationsProficiency in Technical Sales and Sales techniques to effectively promote and sell complex AI-driven systemsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage, inform, and provide seamless client supportExperience in Technical Support to address sophisticated technical queries and resolve client issues promptlyAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to a hybrid work environmentProven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a technical or software-related fieldA degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferredKnowledge of AI technologies and automation systems will be an advantageStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment
