We're Hiring – Influencer Coordinator
Location: Gurugram (On-site)
At La Fetch, we're building a fashion-first marketplace that brings India's best homegrown brands to customers across India, while delivering within 60 minutes across Delhi NCR.
Creators and content are at the heart of our growth strategy, and we're looking for an Influencer Coordinator who understands the creator ecosystem, has existing influencer relationships, and can help us execute high-performing campaigns at scale.
What You'll Be Doing
Identifying and onboarding influencers across fashion, lifestyle, beauty, and related categories
Leveraging your existing creator network to source relevant influencers for campaigns
Building and maintaining strong relationships with creators, agencies, and talent managers
Negotiating commercial terms, deliverables, and timelines with influencers
Coordinating campaign execution from outreach to content delivery
Developing content concepts, hooks, scripts, and creator briefs
Assisting in screenplay development and content structuring for creator-led campaigns
Tracking influencer performance and sharing insights with the marketing team
Managing campaign calendars, deliverables, and creator communications
Staying on top of social media trends, creator movements, and emerging talent
What We're Looking For




6 months to 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent management, or a similar role
Strong understanding of how the influencer ecosystem works
Existing relationships and contacts within the creator community
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Ability to identify engaging content angles, hooks, and storytelling opportunities
Understanding of scripting, content planning, and screenplays for short-form content
Strong organizational and project management skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Bonus Points If You
Have worked with fashion, beauty, or lifestyle creators
Have experience coordinating with influencer marketing agencies
Understand influencer pricing benchmarks and campaign budgeting
Can identify trends before they become mainstream
