Logistics Engineering leader
In this role, you will be responsible for driving logistics engineering, capacity planning, and continuous improvement initiatives across plant operations. You will focus on improving quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) performance by optimizing processes, implementing WMS, automation, and standardized solutions, and leading cross-functional and global logistics projects.
Your job:
Drive process optimization and continuous improvement across logistics operations to enhance QCD performance
Lead logistics engineering projects, including capacity planning, layout design, and workflow optimization
Manage investment planning, equipment selection, and implementation for logistics initiatives
Collaborate with global teams to deploy WMS, automation, and advanced logistics technologies
Analyze operations through time studies, KPI tracking, and performance improvement initiatives
Develop and enforce standardized processes and compliance frameworks




Drive innovation and adoption of new logistics solutions aligned with business strategy
Coordinate with stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional teams for project execution and delivery
Lead value stream and organizational improvements across logistics functions
Manage and coach team members, supporting team development and performance management
Our requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering / supply chain / Logistics or related field with 10-12 years of relevant experience
Strong expertise in warehouse operations, WMS (SAP EWM preferred), and material management systems
Experience in Lean/OPEX, process improvement, and project management
Knowledge of automation, layout planning, and logistics system implementation
Solid analytical, stakeholder management, and English communication skills (B2 level) with proficiency in MS Office
