Job Title - Coupa Consultant with Contracting & Purchasing moduleJob Type - HybridLocation - BangaloreExperience - 8-10 Yrs.Job Description -The position holder will primarily act for managing the Coupa Procurement System, with a robust focus on the Contracting and Purchasing modules.. The role is responsible for end-to-end system maintenance, support, compliance, and operational excellence of the Coupa platform.Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong hands-on experience with Coupa system administration, specifically Contracting and Sourcing modulesGood understanding of end-to-end procurement processesKnowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management)Experience working with Service Now or similar ITSM toolsUnderstanding of Gx P guidelines, compliance, and regulated environmentsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsRoles & ResponsibilitiesSystem Administration & SupportPerform maintenance, monitoring, and operational support of the Coupa Procurement SystemManage and resolve incidents, changes, and problems related to Contracting , Purchasing modules, ensuring quality and timely resolutionSupport year-end sourcing activities and ongoing sourcing requirements ITIL & Service ManagementHandle incidents, service requests, changes, and problems in alignment with ITIL best practicesEnsure proper documentation, tracking, and closure of tickets via Service NowConduct regular review meetings with Lines of Business (LOBs) to address incidents and recurring problems Compliance,



Controls & AuditsEnsure monthly and quarterly controls are executed accurately and on timeActively participate in Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) audits and provide required evidenceEnsure system audit readiness and compliance with internal and external audit requirementsGx P & Regulatory ComplianceEnsure smooth operations of Coupa–Docu Sign Gx P integrations in compliance with Gx P guidelines and regulatory standardsCollaborate closely with Quality Assurance (QA) to maintain required Gx P documentationDeliver Gx P requirements for all applicable audits and inspectionsMaintain system compliance from an audit readiness perspectiveAttend mandatory Gx P trainings and complete SOP reviews and acknowledgements at defined intervalsStakeholder CollaborationWork closely with business users, QA, IT, and vendors to ensure system stability and continuous improvementProvide functional guidance and support to users on Contracting and purchasing processesExperience & QualificationsBachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field3–6 years of experience in Coupa system administration or procurement systems supportExperience working in a regulated (Gx P) environment is highly preferredExposure to pharmaceutical or life sciences industry is an advantageKey AttributesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and complianceAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills
