Production Executive
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise production activities in Granulation, Compression, and Coating areas during the shift.
Ensure smooth area management and line handling to achieve planned production targets.
Coordinate and optimize manpower handling , allocation, and utilization across production lines.
Monitor machine performance, process parameters, and production efficiency.
Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, safety, and data integrity requirements.
Execute and monitor batch manufacturing activities as per approved procedures.
Perform and review production documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Handle QMS activities including deviations, CAPA, change controls, investigations, and compliance actions.
Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, Warehouse, and other cross-functional departments for uninterrupted operations.
Ensure proper housekeeping, line clearance, and adherence to quality standards.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
Train and guide operators and technicians to maintain skill competency and compliance.
