What You'll Do Concept Development

- Translate marketing briefs and strategic inputs into robust creative concepts
- Develop visual directions that communicate ideas clearly and effectively
- Create mood boards, storyboards, references, and visual explorations for campaigns
- Collaborate with copywriters and strategists to build integrated creative solutions

Creative & Design Execution

- Design key visuals, campaign assets, presentations, and brand communication materials
- Develop production-ready artwork across digital, print, and experiential mediums
- Create layouts and visual systems that are both aesthetically compelling and strategically aligned
- Adapt concepts seamlessly across social media, digital advertising, websites, print, and event collateral

Collaboration & Innovation

- Work closely with account managers, designers, videographers, editors, and production teams to bring ideas to life
- Present creative concepts and visual rationale to internal teams and clients
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, typography, visual storytelling, motion graphics, and AI-powered creative tools




- Contribute fresh perspectives during brainstorming sessions and campaign development

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Applied Arts, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in a Creative Visualiser, Art Designer, or similar role
- Agency experience preferred
- Strong portfolio showcasing campaign thinking, visual storytelling, branding, and multi-platform creative work
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, After Effects) and Figma
- Exceptional understanding of typography, composition, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy
- Strong conceptual thinking and ability to convert ideas into impactful visual communication
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Understanding of print production processes, prepress requirements, and production-ready artwork
- Familiarity with motion graphics, AI-assisted creative tools, and emerging design technologies is an added advantage
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment
