Job Title: Technical / Infrastructure Project ManagerDepartment: IT – Platform & InfrastructureLocation: Pune, IndiaTravel Requirement: Required to travel to Baddi every 2 weeksContract Term: 12 monthsWork Type: HybridSalary budget up to INR 280,000 / mthJob Summary We are seeking a results-driven Technical / Infrastructure Project Manage r to lead end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure, cloud, and enterprise platform projects across IndiaThe role will work closely with global and regional IT teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high-quality outcomes. The successful candidate will also drive process optimization and ensure compliance with enterprise standardsKey Responsibilities Lead cross-regional technical projects, including cloud migration, platform onboarding, and infrastructure optimization, from initiation to closure. Adapt Agile or Waterfall methodologies based on project needs. Manage stakeholder expectations across business and IT teams. Resolve escalations and provide weekly/monthly project status updates to senior leadership. Oversee vendor performance, contract compliance, and cost optimization initiatives.



Ensure project adherence to enterprise security standards. Support post-implementation knowledge transfer to ensure smooth operations. Contribute to platform improvement by defining onboarding procedures, conducting UAT, and gathering feedback for feature enhancements.Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.3–5 years of hands-on technical project management experience. Minimum 3 years of experience leading cross-regional or global projects.3–5 years of experience in enterprise platforms or infrastructure projects. Hands-on exposure to platforms such as Service Now, Microsoft Azure, Atlassian JIRA, and Confluence would be advantageous. Ability to translate technical details into explicit business language for non-technical stakeholders. Strong risk management, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.Preferred Profile PMP or PRINCE2 certification. Experience within the FMCG industry. Exposure to APAC / NASAPMENA regional project management.
