Pre-Sales Analyst

ABOUT THE ROLE
Honor Vet Technologies is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Analyst to support business development and proposal management activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in the Staffing/Recruitment industry or working with Federal Clients and possess strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Review and analyze RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs to identify client requirements
- Support proposal preparation, bid submissions, and sales documentation
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify business opportunities
- Prepare presentations, capability statements, and client-facing materials
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information for proposals and responses
- Track federal and commercial contract opportunities through various portals
- Maintain proposal repositories, client databases, and business development records




- Generate reports related to sales pipeline and proposal activities

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Educational Background

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field
- MBA preferred but not mandatory

Technical Skills

- Experience in Staffing, Recruitment, US Federal Contracting, or Proposal Management
- Understanding of RFP/RFQ/RFI processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Experience with procurement portals such as SAM.gov or GSA is preferred
- Robust research, documentation, and analytical skills
